Our story
A tribute, a memory and a legacy
Dolce Borgo Apartments was born as a tribute, a memory, and a legacy to the Di Maria Manziotta family. Grandma Maria was a talented Roman pastry chef and the proud owner of her pastry shop. After the untimely loss of her great love, Pietro, she decided to open Dolce Borgo. With strength and dedication, she transformed her passion for pastry making into a place beloved by neighbors and visitors.
Today, we, her heirs, are carrying on this project to honor Grandma Maria's story and continue, in our own way, this tradition of hospitality.

Excellent stay, exactly as described in the listing. The location just steps from the Vatican and shops, perfect communication with Alessio, the apartment was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Highly recommended.
Alessio responded very quickly and self check-in was easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and had really excellent restaurants. Even though it's far from the main center, there are many things to see in the surroundings.

Excellent apartment! Great location (near the Colosseum), clean and tidy. Kitchen equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you need. Great bathroom with good shower. The host very attentive and helpful.
